Buyers send us their contract before they sign. We tell them what is in it, in plain English, and then tell them to talk to a licensed professional. You are the professional we introduce them to.

What you receive

You are copied into the buyer's report at the same moment they get it. At the end of it is a short section written for you, not for them: the clauses worth raising, each with the page it is on.

So the first call is not "what is a Section 32" — it is a conversation about the four things in this contract that matter.

How it works

• The buyer ticks a consent box before anything reaches you. These are not cold contacts.
• We describe what is in the contract. We never advise, never say whether a term is fair, and never tell a buyer what to do. That is your work, and we keep well clear of it.
• Every statement in the report quotes the contract, and our software checks the wording is really there before it is sent.
• Victoria only.

What it costs

Your first ten referrals are free. After that, $150 for each referral that becomes a client. Nothing on the ones that do not.

We invoice monthly, based on what you tell us converted. No lock-in, no exclusivity, and you can pause at any time.

What we ask

That you are a licensed Victorian conveyancer or property lawyer, that you respond to introductions within a day or so, and that you tell us when one becomes a client.

AI4Convey is not a law firm or a licensed conveyancer. Buyers are told plainly that our report is general information and not legal advice, and that they should have a licensed professional read their full contract. Where a referral fee is payable, we disclose it to the buyer in the report itself.
