By uploading a contract you agree to these terms.
What we do
We read the contract you send us and email you a report describing what is in it. The report is produced by software. No lawyer or conveyancer checks it before it reaches you.
What this is not
AI4Convey is not a law firm and not a licensed conveyancer. Nothing we send you is legal advice, and using our service does not make us your lawyer, your conveyancer or your adviser.
The report does not tell you whether to sign, whether a price is fair, or what to negotiate. Before you sign or settle, have a licensed conveyancer or lawyer read your full contract.
What we cannot promise
We check every statement in the report against your contract before sending it, so we do not tell you about clauses that are not there. We cannot promise the opposite: the report may miss something in your contract. Scanned pages, unusual layouts and unusual wording all make that more likely.
Do not treat the report as a complete list of everything that matters in your contract.
Your responsibilities
- Upload only a contract you are entitled to send us, for a property you are actually considering.
- Give us an email address you can receive mail at.
- Make your own decisions, with proper advice, before you sign anything.
Referral fees
We introduce buyers to licensed conveyancers. If you engage one of them, they may pay us a referral fee. That fee does not change what you pay them, and it does not affect what your report says — the report is produced before any conveyancer is involved. Where a fee applies, we say so in the report.
You are free to use any conveyancer or lawyer you like, including your own.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law gives you a guarantee that cannot be excluded, it applies.
Beyond that, our service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions you make about a property, and our liability is limited to supplying the report again.
Where we operate
Victoria, Australia. Our reports are built for Victorian contracts and Victorian law, and these terms are governed by the law of Victoria.
