Who we are
AI4Convey is a small Melbourne business run by its founder, Amin Sadri. Amin built the software that reads the contracts and runs the service day to day.

Why it exists
A Victorian contract of sale and Section 32 can run to 60 pages, and buyers often have only a few days to read them, sometimes less before an auction. Most people sign without reading the whole thing. That is understandable, but the parts that cost people money are usually in the special conditions, near the back.
AI4Convey reads all of it and tells you what is in there, in words you already know.
What we do, and what we don't
We describe what your contract says. Every finding in your report is checked against the wording of your contract before it is sent, and the report shows the page it came from. If our software cannot find the wording, the finding is removed.
We do not give legal advice. We do not say whether a term is fair, and we do not tell you whether to sign. That is a licensed professional's job, which is why every report points you to one.
Who sees your report
Your report goes to you and to one licensed conveyancer or property lawyer from our panel, who may contact you about it. You are free to use your own conveyancer or lawyer instead. Our privacy policy explains where your contract is processed and how long we keep it.
How it is free
Buyers pay nothing. If you go ahead with the conveyancer we introduce, they may pay us a referral fee. It does not change what you pay them, and your report is written before any conveyancer is chosen.
